Booking Your Date
Your booking is confirmed once a 25% deposit is paid and your ceremony contract is signed.
Once confirmed, I reserve your date exclusively for you.
If You Need to Cancel
Your deposit is non-refundable.
Remaining balance owed depends on how close we are to your ceremony:
- Up to 3 months before: No further payment needed
- Up to 2 months before: 50% of the balance payable
- Up to 1 month before: Full balance payable
These terms ensure fair compensation for holding your date.
If I Must Cancel (rare but possible)
If unexpected circumstances prevent me from attending, I will arrange a trusted, qualified celebrant to take over and will provide them with all your ceremony details.
Ceremony Script
Your ceremony script is copyrighted to” “Celebrate2gether” Ceremonies with Nadia, until the day of your ceremony.
Once your ceremony has taken place, it becomes yours to keep.
Insurance
Celebrate2gether holds full public liability and professional indemnity insurance for your peace of mind.
Photos & Media
I may use photos or videos I personally capture during your ceremony for my website or social media.
By signing your contract, you give consent — but you can opt out at any time.
